How NACCIMA Youth Entrepreneurs, Oyo State handles your information on this portal.

What we collect

Your name, email, phone number, business details (name, sector, address, registration number, description), how you heard about us, the receipts you upload as proof of payment, and records of your membership and payments. We also keep security and usage logs, such as sign-in times, certificate downloads and checks, device type and IP addresses, to protect accounts and understand how the portal is used.

Why we collect it

To process your application, manage your membership and dues, issue and verify your certificate, and contact you about your membership. The association may also use your details for purposes related to NACCIMA Youth Entrepreneurs, such as events, programmes, communications and understanding which outreach works. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

What is shown publicly

Scanning the QR code on your certificate shows only your name, business name, membership number, and whether your membership is current. If you agree to be listed in the member directory, your name, business name, sector, local government area and business description appear there. Your email, phone number and payment records are never public. You can opt out of the directory at any time from your profile.

Who can see your information

Only authorised association officers (membership, finance and administrators), each with access limited to their role. Uploaded receipts are stored privately and are only visible to you and the treasurer.

How we protect it

Passwords are stored using strong one-way hashing, connections are encrypted, and the system keeps encrypted backups so your records are not lost.

Your rights

You can view and update your details from your profile, or ask us to correct or delete your record, subject to what we must keep for financial and membership records. Contact us at info@naccimayouthoyo.com.ng.

This portal handles personal data in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.
